GOLDEN BEACH

Tuesday 4 April 2017

Noel is just about to start a new job and has had the last week off so we decided to head down to Gippsland for a few days. To be honest I wasn't completely keen on the location because there isn't really anything to do at Golden Beach except to.... you guessed it, go to the beach. Whilst that idea once would have sounded amazing to me, now that we've got kiddos to think of, and one who doesn't really like sand, it felt like it was going to be a loooonnngg few days.

We did however have one really good afternoon at the beach where Zac and I collected shells and made sand castles, and Noel and Seb played down in the water where the waves weren't too big. We had to keep a very watchful eye on Seb as he just ran straight for the water every time he was  put down. Zac found this one shell that had to halves still joined together. He claimed it as his favourite and carried it around everywhere.

The rest of the time we were there we alternated going to the little playground and watching movies and playing with blocks at the little air bnb we were staying at. That was really well set up for us as it was very child friendly and they had toys, kid movies and bunk beds which was Zac's favourite part of the whole trip haha.
